Improvements to its front pond seek to accomplish a few clear goals: increase the facility’s presence on Center Ridge Road, allow residents and their guests better access and views to the pond, improve the pond’s health, and replace the fencing that surrounds it. Engaged to lead this effort, Boulevard Studios researched dredging methods, prepared cost analyses, and reached out to regulatory agencies to ensure that future improvements to the pond are attainable, appropriate, and effective. Looking to the rich history of the home, new site features seek to capture and revive its elegant architecture with a touch of modernity for its residents of today. An overlook will bring residents closer to the pond, while new signage at the entry will improve the home’s presence in its community.
